    Bilingual Customer Service Representative

     

    We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Credit and Collections team! In this role, you will be focused on providing account support to customers and responding to client inquires regarding outstanding collections.

     

    We’ll trust you to make a big contribution to our team as you develop and grow - your excellent customer service, positive attitude and commitment to doing a good job will ensure success - you will play a key part in helping us excel today and improve tomorrow!

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding accounts
    • Liaise with customers to collect outstanding receivables
    • Reconcile assigned portfolio accounts and process customer credit card payments
    • Liaise with Sale and Service Administration regarding contract changes
    • Prepare third party packages for referral and bad debt write-offs
    • Prepare ad hoc reports

    Qualifications

    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • College diploma in Business or related field
    • Fluently Bilingual in English and French
    • At least 12 months of relevant work experience
    • Strong time management/multi-tasking skills
    • Ability to analyze and assess customer inquiries and direct customers to appropriate departments
    • Good computer and technical skills – Microsoft Office proficiency with a focus on Excel
