    Customer Service and Support Clerk

    Are you organized individual who takes pride in providing top of line customer service? As the Customer Service and Support Clerk, you will facilitate all inbound service-related shipments from end-users, dealers, and subcontractors. Your experience in providing customer support, including face-to-face, email, chat, and telephone interaction will help you succeed!


    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide customer service for all customers throughout the repair process
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolution
    • Enter customer and product information into the database and validate customer documentation to understand service requirement
    • Initiate outbound calls to customers
    • Process payments and refunds for repairs
    • Interpret Technician’s notes and provide repair estimates to customers


    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • High School Diploma is required. Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Photography is preferred
    • 1-3 years of related work experience 
    • Ability to analyze and manage manage workflow within the Repair department and provide pricing to customers based on rate structure
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Strong computer and technical skills to use SharePoint and perform data entry
    • Good project and process management skills to follow-up with Service department on repair status
