    Bilingual Telesales and Customer Service Representative

    You will be involved with maintaining regular contact with current customers to ensure that their satisfaction and needs are being met with our products. You will utilize your ability to confidently influence to aid in screening inbound leads and collaborating with outside Sales Representatives.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain regular phone and email contact with customers to acquire information regarding customer satisfaction
    • Schedule appointments for the appropriate assigned Sales Representatives and follow-up on actions with outside sales and service
    • Screen inbound leads from sources such as Marketo, and direct phone line to contact and qualify leads before distributing to outside sales representatives
    • Manage prospect lists and invite current customers and prospects to events
    • Contact customers who make buyout requests and/or expired equipment and ensure that actions by Sales are executed
    • Update and enrich customer data and record information in SalesForce


    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; Post-Secondary education is an asset
    • Fully bilingual in English and French
    • 12 months of work experience with outbound calling and using a CRM
    • Ability to analyze and understand customer issues and identify an appropriate resolution or response, making connections with multiple sources of data
    • Strong process and project management skills
    • Good computer skills to enter data notes and look up client information in Salesforce and other databases.
    • Excellent time management skills
